Intermediate 1 Gymnastics

Our Intermediate class is where gymnasts truly elevate their abilities, focusing on the acquisition of more advanced skills and the exciting challenge of linking them into "series" or combinations. It is at this level that gymnasts typically develop the comprehensive skill set needed for successful participation in the MAGA competition program.
Participants must have mastered all Beginner 2 skills prior to enrollment in the Intermediate 1 class. 

General Skill List for this class:
Floor - Full toe turn, back & front walk over, handstand forward roll, back extension roll
Bars - Cast to 90, dead cows, jump to high bar over resi, hop up over resi, 5 connected glide swings
Beam - Cartwheels, handstands, jumps, 1 arm round off dismounts
Vault - Hop up vault on 1, hand stand to floor
Trampoline - Jump connection (tuck, pike, straddle, split, seat drop), front hand spring over panel mat
