Preschool Gymnastics

This class is perfect for gymnasts ready to participate in a class independently, gymnasts in this class are typically 3-4 years old. Designed as a smooth transition from our Parent & Tot program, this class offers a shorter session time frame than our beginner levels, allowing children to comfortably adjust to independent learning. We'll continue to build on important skills like taking turns, focus, and following directions, while introducing the fundamental basics of gymnastics and exploring more of the equipment. It’s a great way to build confidence and independence in the gym!
